Availability
of the Yurt / Safari tent / tent:
The renting period typically starts and ends on Sundays.
The tents
are available from 17:00 pm on the day of arrival, and are to be vacated the day of departure at 10.30am in good order and sweep-clean (empty glass & garbage are to be deposited in the corresponding
containers etc).
A cleaning
fee will be charged.
Short
stay:
Short stay arrangements are possible during low and middle season.
MIDW Mid-week arrangements (4 nights) start on mondays at 17.00 pm and end the following friday at 10.30 am.
LWE Long-weekend arrangements (3 nights) start on Fridays at 17.00 pm, ending on Mondays at 10.30 am.
Animals:
Gentle and well obeying animals (kept on a leash) for which reservations are made beforehand are admitted.
A € 5,- fee per
animal per day is to be payed.
(Note: if
not agreed upon by reservation beforehand, animals will not be
admitted!).

admitted in the Yurt (allergenic free tent)!
! Animals
(bred / trained) for hunting or fighting are not allowed on the premises !
Deposit:
A 150 euro
deposit per tent is to be payed at arrival. Within 10 days after leaving it
will be repayed in full into your account if you left everything behind
complete and in good order. If not, the deposit money may be (partly) retained.
Bed
clothes
Blankets and pillows are available in the tents. Sheets, towels and kitchen linen are not included. They are available on request: A Sets of sheets at €7,50 /pp; A towel at € 2,50 /pp. A kitchen-set including kitchen linen and dishwashing-liquid for € 5,--.
Reservations
and payment
Reservations
can be made by telephone or e-mail. We will send you a contract by e-mail with
the details of the reservation, payment and conditions. You can then conclude
the reservation by paying the money plus the deposit within 3 days into our
account. On receiving the payment the reservation will be considered final, and
you will receive notice of this by e-mail.
Reservations
from 10 weeks or less before the intended period should be payed immediately.
In case of
delays of payment we preserve the right to consider the reservation as void,
and to rent the accomodation to other parties.
Cancelations:
If you
cancel the reservation more than 10 weeks before arrival and rent has already been paid in full, we will refund 50% of the rent. Less than10 weeks before arrival the rent is due in full.
We advise you to take out a travel and cancelation insurance.
